Opt-In County Foreclosure Info
How do I handle partial payments from individuals attempting to redeem their property over time?
How should my county's forfeiture and redemption information be transmitted to the state?
How do I know whether or not my county information is being transmitted correctly to the state? Is technical or systems support available to me?
Why do I need to do a weekly redemption report in addition to submitting this information daily via the Internet?
Can I modify forms for my own use?
How will the counties be made aware of properties which are held back from the foreclosure process?
How will the counties receive information regarding costs incurred by the State?
I am concerned about the timing of the tax sales. How can we be assured that they will be completed in a timely manner?
How will my county receive its money once the tax sales are completed?
