Draft Michigan Tax Forms for Companies Developing Software

Software developers who intend to reproduce Michigan tax forms must complete TY08 Form 4430 Michigan Substitute Forms Letter of Intent by August 15, 2008.

Advance copies of draft tax forms and e-file specifications are published on this secure Web site. For access to this site, read Policy ET-03066 and follow the instructions for requesting a user name and password. E-mail questions to TreasForms@michigan.gov.

Documents on the secure site are not available for public use. They are provided to help software developers build their software products in a timely manner. Misuse of this site may result in developers being prevented from participation in the early release and approval of tax forms.
