2012 Maximum Rate and Weekly Benefit Tables

The Bureau of Labor Market Information & Strategic Initiatives has reported the state average weekly wage as of June 30, 2011 to be $860.34. In accordance with Section 418.355(2) of the Workers' Disability Compensation Act, the 2012 maximum weekly benefit based on 90% of the state average weekly wage is $775.00.

The 2012 Weekly Benefit Tables are now available on our website. Once the file has been opened, it can be saved to your personal computer for future reference or printed as a hard copy.

The 2012 calculation program should be available shortly and will be promptly posted.
